Declaration:

A declaration instead of a true and perfect Inventory of all & singular the Goods Chattels & Credits of Christopher Prissick late Lieutenant of his Majesty's Ship Rippon at the Havannah a Batchelor deceased which at any time since his death have come to the Hands Possession or Knowledge of Hannah Gisborne widow formerly wife of Thomas William Gisborne deceased the Administratrix of all & singular the sd Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased follows to wit

This declarant declares that she received the Sum of one Hundred & fifty six pounds nine shillings and six Pence at the Navy Office at Portsmouth being in full for the Pay due to the said deceased & for his cloaths _______________________________________________________ 156 - 9 - 6

Lastly this declarant declares that no Goods Chattels or Credits of or belonging to the said deceased save & except what are above mentioned and set forth have at any time since his death come to her this declarant's Hands Possession or Knowledge

15th Janry 1773 The said Hannah Gisborne widow was sworn to the truth of this declaration instead of Inventory

Account:

A just & true account of the faithful Administration of all & singular the Goods Chattels & Credits of Christopher Prissick late Lieutenant of his Majesty's Ship Rippon at the Havannah a Batchelor deceased made & given in by Hannah Gisborne Widow formerly wife of Thomas William Gisborne decd the Administratrix of all & singular the said Goods Chattels & Credits of the said deceased follows to wit

The Charge
This Accountant chargeth herself with the Sum of one hundred & fifty six pounds nine shillings and six pence being the sum total of all & singular the Goods Chattels & Credits of the said Christopher Prissick deceased which at any time since his death have come to her Hands Possession or Knowledge as appears by the declaration instead of an Inventory hereunto annexed___________________  156 = 9 = 6

The Discharge 
This Acountant craveth an Allowance of the Sum of two pounds twelve Shillings and ten pence paid by her to Mr George Green Attorney at Law so much having been paid by him to Mr Roger Altham her Proctor for several Proxies of Renunciation and Guardianship of several of the next of Kin of the deceased and which were executed in the Lifetime of her Mother Ann Gyles widow deceased & used at the time this Accountant obtained Letters of Administration of the Goods Chattels & Credits of the said deceased ________________ 2 = 12 = 10

This Accountant also craveth an Allowance of the Sum of five Pounds six Shillings paid by her to Mr Roger Altham her Proctor in full of his Bill for exhibiting the said several Proxies of Renunciation & Guardianship Acts of Court thereupon and for obtaining Letters of Administration of the Goods of the said deceased ______________________ 5 = 6 = 0
 
This Accountant also craveth an Allowance of the sum of three pounds nineteen Shillings paid by her to Mr Ammanney Receiver for his Poundage & Commission &c ____ 3 = 19 = 0

This Accountant craveth an Allowance of the Sum of one Pound one Shilling paid by her to Mr Hunter of Portsmouth for entring Cloaths Bill _____________ 1 = 1 = 0

This Accountant craveth an Allowance of the Sum of Sixty pounds fifteen Shillings & ten pence being the principal Sum due upon Bond bearing date the thirteenth day of February one thousand seven hundred & forty eight from the said deceased to William Gyles her late Father deceased this Accountant being Administratrix of the Goods Chattels & Credits of her the said Father left unadministerd by her late Mother Ann Gyles deceased ______________________________ 60 = 15 = 10

This Accountant also craveth an Allowance of the Sum of Sixty six pounds being in full for Interest due on the aforesaid Bond to April one thousand seven hundred & seventy __ 66 = 0 = 0

This Accountant also craveth an Allowance of the Sum of twelve Pounds twelve Shillings being a debt due to her said late Father William Gyles so much having been paid by him to Mr Cornelius Smelt on the seventeenth of December one Thousand seven Hundred & fifty for the use of the deceased in this cause __________________ 12 = 12 = 0

She craveth an Allowance of one pound eleven shillings & six pence for money lent by the said William Gyles her late Father on the seventeenth of December one thousand seven hundred & fifty to the said deceased ______________ 1 = 11 = 6

She also craveth an Allowance of one pound seven shillings paid by her said late Father on the thirteenth of December one thousand seven hundred & fifty to Joseph Bradley for Shoes for the said deceased ________________________  1 = 7 = 0

This Accountant also craveth an Allowance of the Sum of four pounds seventeen Shillings & 4d paid by her to Mr Roger Altham her Proctor for appearing for her the Accountant and defending her in this Suit & [...... obscured by a crease ......] ____________________ 4 = 17 = 4

This Accountant lastly craveth an Allowance of all such Sum & Sums of Money as shall any ways expend or be put unto as Administratrix of all & singular the Goods Chattels & Credits of the said Christopher Prissick deceased by reason of this or any other Suit in Law or Equity which is or shall be at any time hereafter commenced against her
